Objective To construct a health education program for diabetic retinopathy patients based on the theory of protection motivation, and to provide references for the development of health education for diabetic retinopathy patients. Methods Through literature research, theoretical analysis, group discussion and clinical investigation, the health education program of diabetic retinopathy patients was constructed. By Delphi expert consultation method,20 influential senior clinical experts in the field of eye care and diabetic retinopathy were selected as correspondence consultation experts from August to October 2022. 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted to preliminatively determine each item of the score table, and the weights and values of each index were determined through the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the health education program for diabetic retinopathy patients was established. Results The expert authority coefficient of the 2 rounds of consultation was 0.89,and the positive coefficient was 100%. The coefficients of variation were 0.094~0.564 and 0.063~0.186,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.246 and 0.293. Finally,a health education program for patients with diabetic retinopathy was formed, including 2 primary items,7 secondary items and 30 tertiary items. The results of hierarchical analysis show that the CR values of each matrix of the three-level entries are all less than 0.1,which meets the requirements of consistency test. Conclusion The established health education program of diabetic retinopathy patients is highly scientific and targeted, which can provide references for the application.

Objective To develop a Medical Adhesive Related Skin Injury Risk Assessment Scale in Cancer Patients, and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The scale was compiled on the basis of literature analysis, group discussion and 2 rounds of expert consultations. Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 306 patients in departments of oncology of 3 tertiary A hospitals in Henan Province from March to July 2021 were selected for questionnaire survey to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The scale includes 7 dimensions, including patient factors, disease history, laboratory examination, skin status, adhesive properties, treatment cycle and catheter maintenance factors, with a total of 25 items. 7 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.52%;the load values of each item in its common factor were 0.63~0.96;the content validity index at the scale level was 0.91,and the content validity index at the item level was 0.81~1.00. The area under the operating characteristic curve of the scale for predicting the risk of medical adhesive related skin injury in cancer patients was 0.87(P<0.001,95%CI :0.72~0.83);the cut-off value was 27.50 points. The Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.81 and the half reliability was 0.55. Conclusion The risk assessment scale constructed by this study has good reliability and validity, and it can be used to assess the risk of medical adhesive related skin injury in cancer patients.

Objective To systematically analyze the effects of chemotherapy-induced alopecia on the psychological experience of cancer patients. Methods PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Medline,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,PsycINFO,JBI Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Data and China Biology Medicine disc were searched to collect qualitative research on the psychological experience of cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced alopecia. The retrieval period was from inception to September 2021. The quality of studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative research(2016). Meta-synthesis was applied to integrate the results. Results A total of 60 results were extracted from 14 studies. Similar results were summarized into 12 groups, and 3 integrated results were synthesized, including alopecia affecting both physical and mental health, taking active countermeasures, difficulties and challenges. Conclusion Alopecia affected mental health, physical health, and social relationships of cancer patients. Nurses should pay more attention to patients’ cognition and experience of alopecia, encourage patients to actively cope with it,and take corresponding interventions to help cancer patients overcome the troubles caused by alopecia, and thus enhance their quality of life.

Objective To search and retrieve the best evidence on non-pharmacological management in children who may develop postoperative delirium, and to provide evidence-based guidance for clinical practice. Methods We searched databases and websites from inception to February 2020,including Up to Date,BMJ Best Practice,Cochrane Library, the Association of perioperative Registered Nurses(AORN),JBI(JBI Systematic Review/JBI Evidence Summary),National Guideline Clearinghouse(NGC),Guidelines International Network(GIN),European Society of Anaesthesiology(ESA),American Association of Nurse Anesthetists(AANA),National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE),American Association of Critical-Care Nurses(AACN),CNKI and CBM to collect the literature concerning guidelines, clinical decisions, best practices, system reviews, evidence summaries,Meta-analysis and expert consensuses on non-pharmacological management of children with postoperative delirium. Results A total of 9 articles were incorporated, including 3 clinical decisions,3 guidelines and 3 system reviews. A total of 20 pieces of best evidence including 5 aspects were summarized, namely assessment of high risk factors, preoperative interventions, intraoperative interventions, postoperative interventions and quality management. Conclusion Pediatric professionals should receive relevant training on non-pharmaceutical management skills on postoperative delirium in pediatric patients, master the high risk factors and implement non-pharmacological interventions based on the specific clinical situations,so as to prevent the incidence of postoperative delirium in children and improve their safety.

Chinese Journal of Nursing    2021, 56 (1): 155-160.   DOI: 10.3761/j.issn.0254-1769.2021.01.026
Abstract700)   HTML0)    PDF (749KB)(8)       Save

Objective This study aimed to translate the Psychological Adaptation Scale(PAS) into Chinese and explore the psychometric qualities of the Chinese translation of the Psychological Adaptation Scale(C-PAS). Methods The PAS was translated and culturally adjusted into Chinese in strict accordance with the Brislin translation model. The reliability and validity of the C-PAS were tested through a survey of 221 caregivers of children with cancer by convenience sampling from October 2019 to December 2019. Results There were 20 items in C-PAS,including 4 dimensions of coping efficacy(4 items),self-esteem(6 items),social integration(5 items),and spiritual well-being(5 items). In exploratory factor analysis, the cumulative variance contribution rate of 4 common factors was 55.996%. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for the overall scale was 0.900;the split half reliability coefficient was 0.792;the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.876. Conclusion The Chinese version of PAS has been proved to be reliable and valid which can be used to evaluate the psychological adaptation level of caregivers of children with cancer in China.
